Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. As a new and growing brand, we are currently able to support size exchanges only, under the conditions outlined below. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day size exchange policy, which means you can request a size exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Only size exchanges for the same product are permitted.
No refunds, returns, or product changes are offered.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate a size exchange, please contact us at customercareavataraoverseas@gmail.com within 10 days of purchase.
Once approved, we will share the next steps for sending the item back.

Please note: Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercareavataraoverseas@gmail.com , and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
